My workout: the equipments are divided into their default groups. If you want to remove equipment/exercises from groups, please delete equipment/exercise with your training data from my workout list.
My designed workout: In your designed group, you can remove or add any equipment/exercise from your workout list all the time. Don’t worry about deleting any training data.
We will add some training programs for beginners in the future. If you want to start working out now, please discuss with personal trainers to design your own program.
